The CUNY eMall is a virtual shopping plaza where merchants offer a variety of discounts and other promotional programs on their goods and services to members of the CUNY community. To access the savings that are being offered to you as a member of the CUNY community, you need to be registered in and logged on to the CUNY portal as a faculty and staff member or an enrolled CUNY student.

The shopping offers provided in the CUNY eMall are being made available to you as a convenience. Should you choose to purchase goods or services from any of the listed eMall providers, you are contracting directly with them for the goods and services that they provide. All transactions are between you as the consumer and the individual merchants who are offering discounts to the CUNY community within the eMall. Each listed vendor has its own return/warranty policies, conditions of sale, and financing vehicles and these are binding agreements between you as the customer and them as the merchant. CUNY has no liability for defective or unsatisfactory goods and services purchased by members of the CUNY community from eMall providers. Likewise, CUNY has no responsibility for individual debts that may result from any financing arrangements made between an eMall vendor and an individual member of the CUNY community.

ATTENTION
CUNY eMall SHOPPERS
When shopping in individual stores in the CUNY eMall, you will be launching a new browser window but your portal session will remain active in the background. In order to ensure that you are safely logged off of the CUNY Portal when you have finished shopping, close all browser windows for the stores in which you have shopped, logoff of the CUNY Portal and quit your browser.
