POSITION DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES
	Lecturing the didactic courses in Surgical Technology and clinical instruction in the clinical practicum. Clinical coordination of student learning opportunities as well as assessment of student learning. Participation in curriculum development. Committee work in an active department; student advisement and scholarly activity expected.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
	For Instructor, Master’s degree and evidence of certification as Certified Surgical Technologist (CST); doctorate or equivalency for Assistant Professor. Minimum of five years experience as a CST. Teaching experience preferred as well as demonstration of ongoing professional development.
