Effective until 10/19/09: Adjunct Lecturer: $62.95 - $74.20/hr Adjunct Associate Professor: $76.98 - $89.34/hr Adjunct Assistant Professor: $71.39 - $80.26/hr Adjunct Professor: $85.38 - $98.43/hr Effective 10/20/09: Adjunct Lecturer: $64.84 - $80.70/hr Adjunct Associate Professor: $79.29 - $97.16/hr Adjunct Assistant Professor: $73.53 - $87.29//hr Adjunct Professor: $87.94 - $107.04/hr Adjunct Counselors and non-teaching adjuncts will be paid at the corresponding 60% hourly rate.

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES
	To teach undergraduate courses in the following areas: Accounting Exercise Science Philosophy Alcohol & Substance Abuse Counseling Fashion Design Physical Education Anatomy Graphic Design & Illustration Physical Therapist Assistant Anthropology Health Education Physics Art – Studio History Physiology Biological Sciences Human Sexuality Political Science Business Administration Mathematics Psychiatric Nursing Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation Maritime Technology Psychology Chemistry Mental Health & Human Services Recreation Community Health Microbiology Retail Merchandising Drug Education Nursing Fundamentals Sociology Early Childhood Education Nursing - Med-Surg Student Development Earth and Planetary Science Nursing - Maternal/Child Swimming Education Nursing - Surgical Technology Tourism and Hospitality Engineering Science Office Administration & Technology Website Administration Adjuncts also needed to provide Counseling and teach courses in Student Development.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
	For Professorial ranks, Doctorate required with prior college-level teaching experience and appropriate professional experience desirable. For Lecturer rank, Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree desirable. Computer proficiency a plus. For Counselors, Bachelor’s degree required; earned Master’s degree in counseling, guidance, higher education administration or other related discipline preferred. For Nursing Adjuncts, Master’s degree in Nursing plus recent clinical experience required. Previous teaching experience preferred.
