The upgrade of CUNY's Financial systems into one integrated package is a key element of CUNYfirst. The Finance Pillar contains a variety of processes that are part of CUNY's day to day business. The Project calendar below shows the implementation schedule.

Timeline

The General Ledger went live on July 1, 2007.

Work is currently underway on theProcurement (Payables, Expenses and Purchasing) module and the Planning and Budgeting module. Those processes are expected to go live in the summer of 2009.
